Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adopting, renewing) for aligned accounts.
  • •Translate customer strategic objectives into value assessments/proof-of-value projects and build specific Celonis business cases and demos.
  • •Facilitate value workshops and use Celonis to identify, qualify, and derive process enhancement opportunities.
  • •Present realized value and results to senior management and C-level executives, communicating value opportunity and strategic roadmaps.
  • •Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an analytical, customer-value role using business data analysis, business process improvement, and business software/SaaS deployments.
  • •Good knowledge of business software/SaaS (e.g. SAP) and experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, including dashboards, apps, and action flows; knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
  • •Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, and acting as a change agent to train users/process owners.
  • •Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple customer value-journey stages, leveraging partners when needed.
  • •Native-level German skills (written and spoken) to lead workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
