Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and wrangle large manufacturing datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • •Analyze line and operational performance to identify output and cycle time improvement opportunities.
  • •Own continuous improvement efforts for fab equipment and processes.
  • •Perform capacity, cost, and operational “what-if” analyses to support capital investment and operational decisions.
  • •Support fab capital investment projects with scheduling, purchase order management, factory layout planning, and predictive modeling to drive performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a related engineering degree.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher).
  • •Ability to work in a clean room environment, including wearing smock.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
