Job Summary

Lead and execute the Asia Surety strategy in partnership with Credit Solutions leadership, driving sustainable growth through pipeline development and new business opportunities. Own key client relationships and retention, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and deliver surety solutions. Engage insurers to secure capacity, lead complex negotiations, and serve as a senior escalation point for placements. Use Aon platforms to manage broking and ensure compliance with policies and the Code of Business Conduct.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the Asia Surety strategy with the Credit Solutions leadership team to drive sustainable growth and market presence.
•Build, manage, and advance the regional pipeline by working with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
•Lead and support key client relationships, partnering with local teams to develop client strategies, deliver solutions, and drive retention and growth.
•Drive strategic engagement with insurers to secure optimal surety capacity, and act as a senior escalation point for complex placements.
•Leverage Aon platforms and systems (including pipeline management and broking), ensure adherence to policies and compliance requirements, and champion Aon’s value proposition through integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of surety, client growth and retention strategies, and relevant industry sectors and networks.
•Demonstrated ability to build and leverage strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
•Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills, including confidence at senior executive levels.
•Collaborative, inclusive, and client-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and ability to adapt to business and CRM systems.
