Key Responsibilities

•Steward a cohesive systems strategy across Document Cloud mobile properties, defining and communicating vision in a way that is clear, inspiring, and easy to rally around.
•Listen deeply to customers, connecting friction points to experience opportunities and finding simplicity inside complexity.
•Move fluidly from concept to execution: sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes, using feedback and research to sharpen decisions and build shared conviction.
•Partner closely with engineering to understand what emerging technology makes possible, and with product, executives, and cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life.
•Proactively build relationships across pillars to align on strategy, extend design patterns, and create coherence across the mobile ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of a proven track record designing and shipping iOS and Android apps with strong visual craft and systems thinking
•Experience leading design for complex products and launching them at scale
•Mastery of Figma and fluency with modern prototyping and AI-assisted design tools
•Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines and seniority levels
•A collaborative instinct and genuine enthusiasm for working across many teams and subject areas
