Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate equipment, including manning multiple machines and providing coverage during breaks.
  • •Demonstrate daily proficiency with computer-based programs and accurately log machines while monitoring performance discrepancies and communicating issues to the lead.
  • •Run equipment based on current process specifications and procedures, including change notifications.
  • •Organize own workstations and maintain 6S; suggest improvements to quality and safety.
  • •Complete certification/recertification, participate in required training, and provide clear pass-down communication while supporting a safe and compliant work environment.
