Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate demand signals by analyzing shipment trends, open sales orders, and forecasts to align with factory planning calendars.
  • •Maintain a rolling 12-month supply plan with updated capacity assumptions across internal and external manufacturing partners.
  • •Support the monthly S&OP cycle by providing scenario-based capacity inputs and identifying potential constraints.
  • •Lead demand and supply simulations to assess impacts from changing business requirements and recommend actions to management.
  • •Generate monthly and quarterly planning performance reports, track planning KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain functions.
  • •Experience in manufacturing environments; jewellery industry experience is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making with attention to trade-offs.
  • •Good English communication skills with confidence in professional interactions.
