  • •Lead strategic capture planning and major pursuits using market intelligence and client insights to improve win rates.
  • •Oversee and mentor the regional proposals and pursuits team, ensuring consistent best practices, tools, governance, and positioning.
  • •Facilitate growth reviews and opportunity planning sessions, and collaborate nationally across business lines and corporate functions to maximize growth opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 135,200 - 179,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in engineering, business, marketing, communications, sciences, or related disciplines.
  • •8-10 years’ relevant business development and business growth experience in a professional services (or equivalent) firm.
  • •Experience developing and executing capture and/or strategic pursuit planning, including proposal management.
  • •Experience in the professional services consulting industry (engineering and sciences an asset), with emphasis on proposal management and/or writing.
  • •Experience leading a team, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
