  • •Manage backlog priorities and order execution, measuring site performance against initial order commit dates and discrepancies.
  • •Track regional backlog aging, identify critical issues, and drive solutions and customer communication.
  • •Serve as first contact post-sales order; manage customer change requests and provide phone/email support.
  • •Advise customers on shipping and schedule changes; provide expediting and ensure timely responses.
  • •Build professional customer relationships, liaise on order issues, coordinate credit blocks with Risk Analyst, and manage production schedules.
