Job Summary

Join Anduril’s Configuration Management team as a Product Data Engineer. You will manage program data from requirements to EBOM/MBOM/SOM, lead configuration management forums, build data-driven views of the full product configuration, and partner with engineering and manufacturing to ensure traceability, integrity, and end-to-end digital thread using Teamcenter and PLM tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Be a partner to Product and Program teams by generating, populating and submitting configuration item change requests while maintaining configuration integrity and traceability.
•Prepare critical analyses (dependency, test, effectivity, inventory disposition) to support change requests.
•Support the execution and implementation of change notices across system, design, manufacturing, and supply chain domains.
•Identify and drive continuous improvement by building data-driven perspectives of the full product configuration landscape.
•Lead configuration management activities and forums (Test Review Board, Change Control Board) and prepare for technical forums (Change Review Board, Change Control Board).

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of configuration analysis or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of demonstrated experience in high complexity, high-rate production environments (aerospace, automotive, security systems, medical devices, nuclear).
•Familiar with configuration management principles and practices (EIA649/C, MIL-HDBK-61B).
•Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and/or data management toolsets for configuration management of complex products.
•BA/BS degree and ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.
