Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery and deep-dive sessions to understand and document current state, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Document current and future-state processes using process flow diagrams and related process design tools.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical requirements by expanding user stories and serving as the voice of end users.
  • •Write acceptance criteria and test scripts, and coordinate testing, execution, and sign-off with teams and end users.
  • •Assist with change management and support backlog prioritization with product owners to maximize business value.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • •2-3 years of experience in commercial lending support one or more areas of the loan lifecycle.
  • •1-2 years of experience using Salesforce/nCino or other digital loan origination applications.
  • •Project management experience or experience leading teams and/or projects.
  • •Knowledge of system testing concepts and strong written/verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
