Job Summary

Support the coordinated delivery of personal trust administration for an affluent client portfolio. Provide day-to-day transactional and client service support to Trust Advisors, including processing and monitoring transactions, maintaining accurate client records, and responding to client requests. Partner with Wealth team members to deliver high-touch service, schedule appointments and follow-ups, assist with onboarding/training, and support fiduciary group special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate day-to-day transactional needs for the client base, including processing deposits, distributions, payments, transfers, and other routine transactions.
•Enter and maintain client records; monitor transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness; maintain appropriate documentation.
•Use trust systems to execute transactions, monitor accounts, and create reports.
•Respond to client requests for information and assistance within the appropriate level of authority.
•Support sales and retention by scheduling appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and preparing for client meetings; assist with onboarding and special projects.
