Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues using data from many makes/models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, including work orders, on a daily basis.
  • •Order parts, assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and manage equipment service vehicle cleanliness when traveling.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and assist in training lower-level technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools and extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including schematics/diagrams.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
