Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify patient-care outcomes and make or recommend adjustments to achieve goals and standards.
  • •Assess signs, symptoms, reactions, and behaviors to determine normal versus abnormal characteristics.
  • •Deliver safe direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications and therapeutic agents.
  • •Perform procedures including skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan and document care in the electronic medical record; communicate with care teams and coordinate reporting/referrals, including emergency procedures when indicated.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years total work experience; 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Provide nursing care consistent with QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice.

  • •Perform patient assessment, identify normal vs abnormal signs, and implement safe nursing care using the nursing process.
  • •Preferred: 1 year of experience in GCC; ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
