Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full physical and ERP system-of-record journey of materials, from receiving inventory to shipping robots and parts.
  • •Ship finished robots and parts to customers worldwide, managing packaging, labeling, commercial invoices, and customs documentation.
  • •Receive, put away, and accurately maintain inventory records in the ERP to ensure the shelf reflects reality.
  • •Handle and untangle international customs, freight shipments, and lithium-battery shipment processes (including correct tenders).
  • •Pack and stage orders on schedule and turn around shipping quotes and lead-time answers for the Sales team quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics with end-to-end process ownership.
  • •Ability to ship domestic parcel, LTL/FTL freight, and international shipments with accurate packaging, labeling, commercial invoices, and customs documentation.
  • •Experience navigating international shipping and customs to prevent or resolve stuck shipments (DHL experience is a plus).
  • •Strong inventory accuracy practices: reflect every physical move promptly in the ERP and catch part-number, quantity, or documentation errors before they reach customers or production.
  • •Comfort handling regulated materials, including DOT/IATA dangerous goods and lithium-ion batteries (willing to get certified if needed).
