Negotiate early buyouts and end-of-term lease terms, tracking maturing leases and equipment sales to maximize return on investment and portfolio yield. Assess and manage residual positions through a 12-month forecast, coordinate an equipment sale database with the Asset Manager, and build relationships with equipment wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and users. Prepare biweekly management updates on sales gains, extended rents, and fee income while operating within risk appetite and policy.
