Job Summary

Own the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process across the region and globally, ensuring weekly cadence and a 0–12 week execution horizon. Lead live S&OE working sessions, balance demand and supply, and address S&OP plan exceptions with minimal disruption. Maintain demand, supply, and supply-chain financial visibility, report progress metrics, and strengthen alignment with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive accountable execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure S&OE meetings are scheduled, run with prepared inputs, and conclude with summarized outcomes for the weekly cycle.
•Manage execution priorities by balancing short-term demand and supply and addressing S&OP plan exceptions within the weekly cadence and 0–12 week horizon.
•Lead the S&OE initiative as the primary point of contact, facilitating consistent execution and escalation as needed to IBP.
•Maintain visibility of demand, supply, and supply-chain financials to identify short-term execution issues, risks, opportunities, and deviations.
•Report S&OE metrics, use analytical tools to drive continuous improvement, and communicate decisions and action plans to accountable teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in a consumer-facing industry or an organization with an omni-channel infrastructure.
•Deep knowledge of S&OE processes, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, new product introduction, MPS, and DRP.
•Experience creating or reviewing presentations to clearly communicate processes, data, scenarios, and concepts.
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP is advantageous.
