Job Summary

Drive failure analysis and debugging during the mass production phase for NVIDIA datacenter GPU products. You’ll investigate root causes behind factory build problems across DGX, MGX, and HGX systems, analyzing logs across hardware, software, and firmware. Build experiments to validate hypotheses, enable DFx activities, deliver corrective action plans with clear reports, and develop debug guides while coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and global engineering teams.

•Perform failure analysis on GPU baseboards and servers at rack, system, and component levels to identify root causes.
•Analyze logs and failures spanning hardware, software, and firmware, and propose debug and mitigation strategies.
•Build experiments and collect/analyze data to support failure analysis root-cause findings.
•Engage in Build for Test, Manufacturing (DFx) enabling efforts and help deliver products on schedule.
•Provide root-cause and corrective action plans, write clear reports, and develop debug guides for partner teams and customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 258,750 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of working experience in a related field.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience.
•Excellent failure analysis or debug experience on motherboards, graphics cards, servers, PCs, or datacenter products.
•Demonstrated knowledge enabling DFx requirements.
•Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
