Job Summary

Drive new business growth by prospecting and closing deals for the Fresha platform. You’ll achieve sales targets, manage the full sales cycle, run outreach to key decision-makers via phone/email/social, and deliver product demos. Partner with commercial and other teams to ensure a seamless partner experience, perform needs/cost-benefit analysis, and log outcomes in the CRM. Share market trend feedback and serve as a lead point of contact for partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve sales targets and bring new business to the Fresha platform.
•Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social, with possible in-person meetings as appropriate.
•Present, promote, and sell products/services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
•Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and perform cost-benefit/needs analysis with partners.
•Contact qualified inbound leads promptly, document call outcomes in the CRM, and act as a lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
•Experience selling SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms (highly desirable).
•Ability to build relationships and function as a true hunter.
•Strong organisation skills: multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
•Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
