Key Responsibilities

•Set technical direction for the Salesforce platform and ensure it scales cleanly across Sales, Service, and post-sale operations.
•Lead and grow a cross-functional Salesforce team (functional architects/Flow specialists, CPQ specialists, admins, developers) and establish clear ownership and review practices.
•Review designs, challenge assumptions, and identify architectural risks early while trusting domain experts and preventing single points of failure.
•Translate business strategy into platform priorities and push back on short-term fixes that create long-term fragility.
•Balance roadmap work with operational stability, ensure clean deployments and release management, manage technical debt, and maintain strong documentation and knowledge sharing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,500 - 167,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years working with Salesforce in increasingly senior roles
•Experience leading in-house Salesforce teams (not just projects or consultancies)
•Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Salesforce automation (Flow-first environments), CPQ concepts and lifecycle impacts
•Experience with CPQ in SaaS or subscription businesses
•Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn, Agentforce, AI-driven service workflows, or advanced Service Cloud features
