Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ODM/OEM/customers in successfully deploying AMD data center products on server platforms, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
  • •Provide technical consultation for system integration and deployment, including issue analysis and troubleshooting to resolve hardware or software problems.
  • •Deliver on-site technical support for customer testing, validation, and performance optimization.
  • •Collaborate with ODM/OEM/ecosystem partners to drive product adoption and application success, and maintain domain expertise via projects, trainings, and boot-camps.
  • •Perform hands-on coding/debugging and resolution of customer issues, including Linux-based board bring-up and enabling customer software/FW and use-cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,908,620 - 2,726,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in CS/EE with solid relevant experience.
  • •Deep understanding of the ODM ecosystem and proven experience working with ODM partners.
  • •Proficiency in Linux environments, including scripting and automation using Shell scripts.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting customers throughout product production, including board bring-up, custom feature development, and issue resolution.
  • •Expertise in C language, with knowledge of x86 assembly and embedded software debugging (hardware and BIOS perspective).
