Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage daily operational activities across logistics, transportation, and warehousing
  • •Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations
  • •Supervise and lead operations teams (including drivers and warehouse workers), including performance evaluations and coaching
  • •Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation for goods; manage reverse logistics for returns and damaged goods
  • •Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs, resolve delays/issues and customer complaints, and implement process improvements to optimize workflows
