•Own full-cycle recruiting across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Engineering Leadership, from sourcing and engaging through negotiating offers and closing hires.
•Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategy and calibrate what exceptional talent looks like using market insights and recruiting data.
•Adapt recruiting approach to each search, balancing high-volume hiring with high-touch searches for Staff Engineers and engineering leaders.
•Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders in complex environments.
•Improve recruiting operations by strengthening processes, maintaining data integrity, mentoring teammates, and scaling systems over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

•Exceptional talent judgment with the ability to articulate signals distinguishing exceptional candidates.
•Proven ability to source, engage, and close engineering talent in competitive markets.
•Ability to adapt recruiting style to the search—scaling high-volume hiring or running personalized searches for critical roles.
