  • •Lead incident readiness, operational reviews, capacity planning, and architecture decisions for high-availability systems.
  • •Hire, coach, and develop engineers and managers, and improve engineering effectiveness through stronger planning, prioritization, technical design, and delivery rhythms.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
  • •Success managing senior engineers and driving delivery in complex cross-team environments, including growing staff-level technical leadership.
  • •Strong technical judgment across reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and system design; influence architecture and engineering standards beyond the team.
  • •Experience operating business-critical services with clear ownership of availability, incident response, and operational health.
