Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate winding machines to produce coils of various sizes to specifications.
  • •Find and record coil number, quantity, and revision using winding sheets/diagrams and labor paperwork.
  • •Install and adjust devices on the coil winding machine to meet window sizing specifications and ensure proper alignment.
  • •Load strip, conductor, and insulating paper to dereeling mechanisms; place/adjust coil form and apply pack out per specification.
  • •Fold, insulate, tape-weld pre-cut leads and operate a crimping tool to crimp wire to static shielding, completing required apprenticeship training.

Key Requirements
