Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Systems programs, accountable for outcomes across multi-quarter, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • •Partner with Finance, Billing, and People teams to turn problems into solutions, challenging requirements and defining better approaches.
  • •Shape initiatives before they become projects by pressure-testing problems, defining scope and success measures, and rejecting work that doesn’t earn its place.
  • •Manage stakeholders and expectations directly, communicate changes early, and run implementations through requirements, functional specs, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
  • •Drive adoption post go-live with enablement, communications, and training; raise delivery standards through planning, governance, and ways of working improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years managing technical programs and projects end-to-end, leading enterprise system implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilisation.
  • •Strong program management fundamentals including planning, sequencing, resourcing, dependency management, risk/issue management, and trusted status reporting to senior leaders.
  • •Ability to deliver multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining control of scope, timeline, and quality.
  • •Direct stakeholder management experience where you set expectations early and hold teams to commitments without formal authority.
  • •Working experience with Finance and People systems, including NetSuite and Workday, and familiarity with procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, and billing/quote-to-cash processes.
