Job Summary

Own day-to-day delivery health for a portfolio of Public Sector Missionforce engagements as a hands-on, individual-contributor delivery leader. Lead project planning, governance, scope, and risk/issue management, and support recovery when engagements are at risk. Serve as the primary customer delivery relationship owner at program and executive levels, oversee deliverables and UAT, and align Salesforce execution with SPSM, mission outcomes, and measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day delivery governance and engagement health for assigned Missionforce Public Sector engagements, ensuring adherence to SPSM standards, project gates, and outcome-based delivery.
•Create and lead project plans; monitor timelines, dependencies, and resource utilization; adjust schedules and plans as needed.
•Lead program-level scope across large enterprise projects (or multiple interrelated projects), proactively manage risks/issues using delivery health signals, and support project recovery efforts.
•Serve as the primary delivery relationship owner for customer stakeholders across program, operational, and executive levels; facilitate workshops/reviews and handle escalations on scope, budget, timelines, and resourcing.
•Oversee technical design quality and deliverables with Technical Architects/Developers; coordinate QA/UAT and secure formal sign-offs; track engagement KPIs and maintain source-of-truth data in PSA/Org62.

Salary: USD 143,400 - 216,900 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-scale CRM projects or professional services engagements in complex environments.
•Demonstrated ability to run project teams with budgeting, scheduling, and negotiating contract commitments.
•Solid knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and implementation experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery frameworks.
•Exceptional executive presence, conflict management, and strong written/verbal communication with program managers and senior stakeholders.
•Active SECRET Security Clearance (or higher) required and must be a U.S. Citizen without dual citizenship.
