Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work throughout the plant while following Tyson policies and safety expectations.
  • •Use basic hand tools, electrical tools, and pneumatic power tools to complete assigned maintenance tasks.
  • •Apply mechanical and maintenance skills including welding, hydraulic work, minor electrical repair, and replacement of motors and related systems.
  • •Read and understand work assignments and maintenance manuals, drawings, and schematics for hydraulic and basic electrical systems.
  • •Communicate effectively orally and in writing, including responding to two-way radio communications, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
