Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Review and reconcile cost changes, ensuring contractor data accuracy and providing estimate updates to project stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate cost information for discussions and decision-making, including cost checks, valuations, and variance/change control processes.
  • •Manage cost impact, contingency management, and commitment tracking logs; prepare funding data presentations and support value engineering sessions.
  • •Perform portfolio-level financial reporting and monthly cost reports, coordinate with external cost consultants, and ensure final accounts are agreed timely.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in construction cost management, quantity surveying, cost controls, or project controls.
  • •Experience managing budgets, forecasts, change management, cost reporting, and financial controls across multiple projects or programs.
  • •Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred; RICS accreditation is a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement, cost management, value engineering, and construction industry best practices.
