Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain, and grow profitable middle-market relationships within an assigned region.
  • •Use the Truist sales process and advisory resources to deliver a differentiated client experience across client, prospect, and COI interactions.
  • •Develop and execute a marketing plan to win new relationships and expand existing ones, improving portfolio and new production revenue.
  • •Understand and contribute to credit decisioning, including analyzing financial statements, underwriting requirements, credit structuring, and risk mitigation.
  • •Drive fee-based non-credit financial services activity and execute risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations for the assigned client portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • •10+ years of experience in commercial banking.
