Key Responsibilities

  • •Become a Retail Personal Banker II through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program, including rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, ending with certification.
  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Follow policies and procedures to manage risk, support customer satisfaction, and meet production goals (including providing guidance on sales/referrals for CSRs).

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Preferred experience in the financial industry.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire and cross-sell to retail customers and small businesses.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to maintain required S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the NMLS.
