Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight and accountability for integration delivery across the Americas portfolio, from pre-close planning through Day 1, stabilization, and transition to business ownership.
  • •Lead and develop program managers managing day-to-day integration delivery; directly manage selected integrations based on complexity, risk, or resourcing needs.
  • •Review and challenge integration plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and portfolio status reporting; establish governance, coordination, and executive reporting expectations.
  • •Manage priorities, capacity, and cross-program dependencies across concurrent integrations, adjusting assignments and sequencing as needed.
  • •Ensure consistent use of IMO playbooks, program-management tools, RAID logs, templates, and reporting standards; serve as the primary Americas representative within the Global IMO and coordinate shared resources.

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • •12+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs, including M&A integrations from pre-close through Day 1, stabilization, and transition to business ownership.
  • •Experience overseeing multiple concurrent transactions or large-scale programs.
  • •Ability to lead, coach, and develop program managers and integration professionals while managing internal resources and external advisors/service providers.
