Key Responsibilities

  • •Set cost planning strategies, estimates, benchmarks, and provide guidance to management on contractual and legal matters.
  • •Prepare, review, and standardize tender/contract documents, including TORs, scope documents, and recommendation letters.
  • •Manage the daily operations of financial and contract management from project start through completion, including BOQ and tender documentation reviews.
  • •Evaluate tenders, coordinate with consultants and relevant departments, and track approvals for tender analysis reports and award letters/contracts.
  • •Review and approve IPCs, final statements, variations/change orders, claims, and oversee claims/dispute resolution recommendations and close-out activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Quantity Surveying Engineering.
  • •6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (8+ years if Bachelor’s).
  • •Professional certifications including MRICS or FRICS, FIDIC or PMP, and RICS-accredited APC (or equivalent).
  • •Strong knowledge of contracts law, claims management, and dispute resolution.
  • •Experience in engineering procurement operations and infrastructure projects; familiarity with engineering fundamentals and cost/quantity surveying practices.
