Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and identify root causes of inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Partner with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to support total store operations and safe stockroom standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • •High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic, with the ability to integrate fun and work
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
  • •Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment
