Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in the Inspection Centers.
  • •Inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles to accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •(For photobooth roles) take photos of vehicles for customer viewing in Carvana spinners.
  • •Follow safety procedures and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Able to work in a fast-paced, production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
