Key Responsibilities

•Partner with account management to support pre-sales and onboarding of strategic merchants with Product and operations stakeholders.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to merchants, guiding discovery, design, and implementation of integrations with the TikTok platform.
•Provide expert guidance on integration best practices, integration patterns, and platform/product knowledge for both TikTok and target systems.
•Align merchants, technology partners, and system integrators across macro and micro design phases while ensuring integration standards and governance are followed.
•Collaborate with clients, technical support, and engineering to diagnose and resolve customer issues, and use market feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in technical account management, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, customer success, or other technical sales roles for large enterprises.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Netsuite, or other OMS platforms.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to influence engineers, executives, and C-level stakeholders.
•Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, system integration, and integration patterns/best practices.
•Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms and technical requirements/features.
