Job Summary

Design, architect, and develop critical software capabilities in an active Agile environment for command-and-control systems serving both commercial and U.S. government customers. Coordinate multiple engineers to deliver technical execution, proactively identify and resolve issues, and lead iterative improvements. Use modern software technologies and frameworks to drive strategy and innovation at the Fulton site while communicating effectively through presentations and written/verbal updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the strategy, design, architecture, and development of critical capabilities in an Agile environment.
•Coordinate the activities of multiple engineers to ensure successful technical execution and customer delivery.
•Lead proactive issue recognition and motivate teams with corrective actions to prevent larger problems.
•Communicate effectively across all levels and outside the company, including preparing and delivering presentations and summaries.
•Collaborate to design, architect, and innovate software solutions as an onsite role at the Fulton location.

Salary: USD 145,600 - 276,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Relevant software development experience using object-oriented languages such as Java or C++.
•Experience with full life cycle development including requirements, design, development, debugging, and testing.
•Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance, and U.S. citizenship is required.
