Job Summary

Lead packaging R&D technical projects across the MCCS platform, from concept through qualification and commercialization. Drive the packaging productivity pipeline (including governance and prioritization) and act as packaging lead across multiple product-category initiatives. Work with cross-functional partners to identify technical risks, design and execute packaging tests in lab and production settings, analyze data, and translate findings into clear recommendations and updated technical documentation. Travel up to 30%.

•Strong understanding of modified atmosphere and thermoforming.
•Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams, influence cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively.
