Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team providing cross-program technical expertise, analyses, and support for design, development, and integration.
•Serve as Control Account Manager accountable for planning, budgeting, earned value performance, forecasting, and variance management for the Shared Services IPT.
•Define and prioritize Shared Services backlog capabilities and maintain an integrated product roadmap aligned with program objectives and modernization strategy.
•Translate contractual and customer requirements into executable engineering plans while meeting system-level performance expectations.
•Support Agile execution through capability clarification, MVP shaping, Epic development, and representation of the Shared Services IPT within Agile Release Train events; manage technical debt, program risks, and compliance with EVMS, engineering standards, quality, and safety policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification.
•Experience with program management tools including Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Baseline Change Requests (BCR), and risk and opportunity management systems.
•Experience with budgeting, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC), and engineering program financial performance reporting.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance required before start; U.S. citizenship required.
