Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and review of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, irrigation, STPs, elevators, escalators, and piping systems.
  • •Ensure mechanical designs meet local regulations, codes, and project requirements.
  • •Prepare, review, and approve mechanical schematics, specifications, reports, and As-Built drawings.
  • •Coordinate mechanical drawings documentation with electrical, ELV, architectural, and structural works.
  • •Guide and mentor junior engineers, resolving complex technical issues, and support commissioning by resolving issues and providing performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical certificates.
  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency in CAD software and other tools to create accurate technical drawings.
  • •Extensive knowledge of architectural and engineering principles to coordinate mechanical design aspects.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
