Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the 12-month Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional/technical training and on-the-job learning
  • •Assist in wafer fabrication process activities including tool selection, process definition, setup, and equipment installation/modification/upgrade/maintenance
  • •Support process setup and technician/operator training for manufacturing equipment
  • •Use data to drive intelligent improvements to fabrication process, including yield and cycle-time performance
  • •Interface with multiple engineering teams to resolve product and production issues and contribute to process optimization and presentations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions
