Job Summary

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model, while supporting a positive team culture. Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives, serve as a brand ambassador for product collaborations and launches, and follow Crocs policies related to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives; follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise between the backroom and sales floor using appropriate equipment.
•Ability to read and use computer/register screens to input information and comprehend instructions and reports.
