Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the local team of technicians, ensuring cohesion, role-modeling company values, and disseminating internal procedures.
  • •Organize and facilitate the weekly operational meeting, and support ongoing team development.
  • •Ensure HSE compliance: coordinate audits, PPE, and safety talks in line with the HSE policy.
  • •Handle local logistics: monitor stock status, manage tools, support equipment prep for jobsites, and track factory returns.
  • •Provide first-level technical expertise internally and track intervention reports and commissioning (mise en service), including supporting technician scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Energy, or Building Services (Génie climatique).
  • •Strong technical experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning applications, including electricity and hydraulic/aeraulic networks.
  • •First validated experience in management (leading a team).
  • •Good interpersonal skills and strong teaching/pedagogy approach.
  • •Fluent English.
