Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive digital project strategy aligned with business goals and client objectives
  • •Establish the roadmap for digital platforms (PMIS, CDE, BIM integration, cost and schedule systems, dashboards and data governance)
  • •Translate business requirements into system design specifications and functional configuration
  • •Lead the selection, implementation and configuration of digital control systems (PMIS, cost management, scheduling, CDEs)
  • •Configure system modules (workflows, WBS, CBS, governance, stage gates, user permissions)

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering complex digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM related subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • •Strong knowledge of project controls: cost management, scheduling, risk, change control, governance and reporting
  • •Hands-on configuration experience with PMIS or digital control platforms (e.g., Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, CEMAR, SAP PS, Power BI)
  • •Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications
