Job Summary

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms across AWS and internal data centers. Own IAM/IGA capabilities including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and provisioning. Create automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform plus Python/Go, and implement Zero Trust security controls for AI-powered agent workflows. Partner with Security and Engineering, write production code, and participate in on-call incident response to ensure reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms in AWS and internal data centers.
•Implement and manage IAM/IGA capabilities including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and provisioning/deprovisioning using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM.
•Develop automation, integrations, and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and programming languages such as Python and Go.
•Design and implement security controls for AI-powered systems, including controlled, audited, and governed agent workflows, plus service identity and secrets/key management.
•Partner with Security and Engineering to deliver secure-by-design solutions using Zero Trust principles, and support on-call incident response.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Engineering, or Security Engineering.
•Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC.
•Experience designing and operating identity and access controls within AWS environments, including production-level AWS services.
•Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes and working with container technology.
•Security-first experience implementing Zero Trust, least-privilege access, and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, FedRAMP, or ITAR.
