Job Summary

Lead and oversee project planning staff and planning governance, ensuring planning methodologies and project controls best practices are applied across projects. Develop and maintain integrated schedules, monitor progress and performance, and report key risks, delays, and variances to senior management. Drive manpower forecasting and revenue projections, support delay analysis and EOT evaluations, and provide planning input for complex contractual schedule impacts. Ensure alignment with HSE, quality, and cost objectives using Primavera P6 and SAP/ERP tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee project planning staff and planning governance, providing functional leadership and assurance on planning methodologies and compliance.
•Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and ensure schedule integrity through baseline control, structured updates, and formal change management.
•Monitor project progress and performance, reporting risks, delays, variances, and areas of concern; oversee KPI reporting and executive planning summaries.
•Prepare and manage manpower forecasts and revenue projections aligned with approved schedules, tracking daily manpower requirements and deployments.
•Support delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) evaluations, and complex project controls issues, including contractual schedule impact assessments.

Key Requirements

•Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up activities with baseline control and change management.
•Monitor overall project progress, highlighting key risks, delays, variances, and concerns; prepare progress dashboards, KPI reports, and executive-level summaries.
•Support delay analysis, schedule risk assessments, and EOT evaluations, providing planning input on complex project controls and recovery strategies.
•Use advanced planning tools and ERP platforms (Primavera P6 and SAP) to support forecasting, data integration, and reporting consistency.

Experience:8+ years

Education:Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Engineering
