Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and analyze complex internal and external data (frequency/severity trends, market growth, coverage level results) to support state performance monitoring and evaluation.
  • •Develop recommendations for pricing strategy, planning and forecasting, and policy/membership growth.
  • •Respond to routine member inquiries escalated by Member Contact teams.
  • •Maintain and assist with developing product dashboards and reports in Excel, Tableau, or other analysis tools to identify key performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of relevant product or program management experience analyzing data and developing recommendations, or an advanced degree in Business.
  • •1 year of P&C experience.
  • •Intermediate skills using data querying tools and dashboards, including Excel, Tableau, or other analysis tools.
