Key Responsibilities

•Lead assigned programs within the Product Cost Optimization team.
•Define, drive and consolidate total product cost optimization strategies across the enterprise for legacy and new programs (NPI).
•Analyze the entire product lifecycle holistically to identify cost-saving opportunities from design to supply chain management.
•Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize profitability and operational efficiency in response to rising costs.
•Promote adoption of design-to-cost (D2C) and design-for-manufacturing (D4M) methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management;
•Between 7 and 10 years of experience;
•Experience in procurement, business analysis or cost analysis is an asset;
•Experience in project management is required;
•Very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and terms with international organisations; French-speaking work environment
