Key Responsibilities

  • •Work safely and contribute to safety leadership while supporting IT service delivery in the domain.
  • •Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, solution configuration, and testing with delivery teams.
  • •Develop functional specifications and configuration settings with third-party development teams.
  • •Manage and remediate IT critical incidents, including root-cause analysis and remediation plans/actions.
  • •Optimize targeted SAP functional systems/modules for accurate financial management and drive incident/priority-call monitoring, reporting, and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate qualification or equivalent.
  • •SAP Certification.
  • •Experience delivering IT services, including vendor management and project management.
  • •Functional exposure to relevant applications and processes, with SAP Finance knowledge (e.g., JV Accounting, Sales and Distribution).
  • •Ability to engage and manage stakeholders and support functional analysis, requirements definition, and solution configuration/testing.
