Key Responsibilities

•Lead ISSO responsibilities including security authorization activities and documentation
•Conduct deep-dive vulnerability analyses and engineer remediation plans that satisfy FISMA requirements
•Collaborate with multi-tenant cloud environments and hardware/software security implementations to protect systems
•Translate technical security gaps into clear executive-level narratives for risk-management decisions
•Present complex security information and assessments to diverse audiences

Key Requirements

•8+ years of information security experience, with at least 5 years in a lead ISSO or equivalent leadership role on large, complex USG programs
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, STEM, information technology, or cybersecurity
•Active CISSP or CISM (or equivalent such as CCSP or CEH)
•Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-series standards, and FISMA requirements
•Experience with security authorization processes (Authorization/Certification & Accreditation and Authorization to Operate) and related documentation
