  • •Define and execute the laboratory capability and capacity roadmap to meet future customer and technology requirements.
  • •Ensure timely and effective responses to internal and external customer needs.
  • •Develop and implement strategy for data collection and qualification of emerging packaging technologies.
  • •Drive QTM methodologies, operational excellence, and the lab’s quality management system readiness for ISO 17025 accreditation, including 8D/root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •3+ years of engineering management experience in semiconductor packaging, reliability engineering, test engineering, or validation engineering.
  • •Expertise in process qualification, reliability risk assessment, quality management systems, and building a quality culture.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience with reliability stress and testing.
  • •Preferred: knowledge of reliability statistics and life prediction (ALT, sampling plans) and experience with dynamics testing (shock/vibration) to JEDEC or related standards.
